Our search firm has been retained to recruit a Chief Medical Officer for a non-profit Hospice and Palliative Care organization in Cleveland, OH.  Our client has a Hospice ADC of 1400+ and an ADC of 800+ through its community-based palliative care program to patients who are more upstream in their serious illness.  Our client has two freestanding hospice homes with 72 combined licensed beds.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized and innovative organization!

The CMO will report directly to the Chief Executive Office and provide strategic leadership and medical direction to assure that patients and families receive appropriate and ideal medical care.  This role is all administrative with some fill-in or back up clinical work when providers are on vacation, sick, etc.

PACE Program – Primary Care Physician role – San Diego, CA

Our search firm has been retained by a non-profit PACE Program to recruit a Primary Care Physician to work in one of their PACE Centers (choose from working at one of the following locations: San Diego, El Cajon, Chula Vista ).

This is a full-time, employed position, Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm position; no nights, no weekends, no holidays!  On average, you will see 4-8 patients daily at the PACE Center.  Minimal Call.

The Primary Care Physician is responsible for the medical care of participants enrolled in the PACE program.  We are searching for a physician (MD/DO) with at least 1 years’ experience working with the Frail or Elderly population.  Current board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.  It is not required for a physician to hold subspecialty board certification in Geriatrics.  Ability to work as a team player in an inter-disciplinary setting is required.
